College has kept me BUSY... Honestly, it was off to a rocky start because I got sick during the first week and I had a hard time getting back into the groove of things. However, I've locked in this week and been anywhere but my dorm room. My web programming is pretty nice so far since it's going over HTML, CSS, and JS, which I'm very familiar with this site as proof LOL. However, I am still learning a lot. My number theory course is the one killing me a bit unfortunately. There's so many proofs and theorems to learn...

Last weekend, I went to see Avengers: Endgame and I've become OBSESSED with Loki again! Loki has been a favorite character of mine since I started getting into the MCU back in 2022ish. Unfortuntely, I missed peak MCU, so I'm glad I finally got to experience Endgame in theaters! Seeing the new post credit scenes, reminded me how excited I am to see Loki interact with the rest of characters now that he's gone through so much! Also, I became obsessed with the ship Mobius/Loki. God, I love them. With people watching the Loki TV show, I keep seeing lokius content on my feed and I'M LOVING IT!!! All of this led me to read my first ever MCU fanfic, which of course was about lokius. Don't get me wrong, I love the other characters in the MCU as well, but Loki is so special to me. His story is my favorite by FAR! I really hope they do him justice in Doomsday, which I've already secured my tickets for opening day.

Also, spent some time thinking about what more can I bring to my website. Currently I'm working on a side bar to the right where you can see stamps/buttons. As for future projects, I'm thinking of either creating a sorter of popular ships from a fandom or some type of generator. Not sure yet. Another idea I have floating around is creating a webring. Specifically, a webring for fans of the anime/manga Jojo's Bizarre Adventure! I'm sure there's one that exists, so if I find one that's active, I'll just change it to something else.

Finally started my senior year! Very excited and nervous about it. Definitely doing things differently this year and I plan to end strong. I'll probably write a whole blog post about it in more detail because these past three years have been a rollercoaster and I have so many thoughts about the different aspects of college.

I started applying for a campus job because I'm not trying to be broke this semester. It's a housekeeping job but hopefully it isn't too bad... I'm also applying for volunteer jobs related to teaching kids coding! A part of me thought about becoming a teacher or working with children, but I went into STEM instead. Maybe this will scratch that itch and I won't have to wonder about what ifs.

Finally managed to switch my website over to a ssg!! Ahh I loved how it turned out! Some things are a bit empty because I'm still trying to move files over, but I don't want to stress myself too much about it. Honestly, it was really daunting at first, but thanks to some tutorials, I did it!! I love my new layout! I kept the color schemes the same since I love purple, but I'm so glad I added borders and had less grid. I feel it looks cleaner now.

Earlier this week, I hung out with my hometown friends for the last time before our semester starts. We went out to eat and then walked around a beautiful botanical garden. It was during the late evening hours, so it was a fun kind of spooky!

Now, I'm slowly trying to fix my sleep schedule and get back into the swings of things for Fall semster. I really need to step it up.
